Fast Tracks coordinates a variety of runs throughout the week. Runners of all ages, paces, and levels of experience are welcome.

Our 7:00am Saturday morning long run, the Sunday morning coffee run, and our Tuesday evening track workout are our most popular runs.

The weekly track workout at Conestoga High School Track is on Wednesdays at 6:15pm.
The track workout varies each week. Great opportunity for runners of all paces and abilities to become stronger runners by participating in short distance workouts.

Weekly Saturday morning long distance training run.
Saturday's Long Distance Training (LDT) run typically start at 7am. Most weeks, the group meets at the Betzwood Picnic Area but locations do sometimes vary from week to week.

The Sunday morning coffee run starts at the Gateway Plaza Panera Bread at 7am. Very informal, easy pace. 5-6 miles through Chesterbrook and Wilson Farm Park.
5 mile morning run. Mondays at 6am. Begins and ends at Washington’s Chapel, Valley Forge
A group run that provides options for runs of 6, 8, or 10 miles. Tuesdays at 5:30am.
The group meets at the Betzwood Picnic Area by the entrance to the Schuylkill River Trail.
