Weekly Saturday morning long distance training run.
Saturday's Long Distance Training (LDT) run typically start at 7am. Most weeks, the group meets at the Betzwood picnic area by the entrance to the Schuylkill River trail but locations do sometimes vary from week to week.

Location varies from season to season depending on available light. When there is still daylight, the run begins and ends at Washington’s Chapel, Valley Forge. When it's dark early, we run from Valley Forge Middle School.
